| In the Congregational Church all major decisions are made by a meeting of the whole membership. Activities are led by three Boards: Deacons, Trustees, and Christian Education. There are also a number of committees and leaders elected by the congregation. A Church Moderator calls the heads of various Boards, Committees, and groups to a monthly meeting to review and coordinate church activties. |
| Spiritual leadership is provided by the Pastor. The church also employs an Organist, Choir Director, Handbell Choir Director, Secretary, and Custodian. |
