Activities

Sunday Worship

  • The cornerstone of our church life is the Morning Worship each Sunday morning at 10:00A.M.
  • Every Sunday a friendly reception is held after worship for extra fellowship time.
  • The fourth Sunday in June is the Church Picnic, featuring an outdoor service, games, and fellowship.
  • In a month which has a fifth Sunday, following Church service, we hold a "Bring a Dish to Pass" luncheon to share fellowship with all who attend.

Mission Committee

This committee has taken on, in addition to regular church mission projects, two down-to- earth projects: Adopting needy families in the community to receive
Christmas gifts anonymously from the church, and supporting our adopted child who is attending the Central Tibetan School in Darjeeling.

Christian Caring Service

Christian Caring Service is a non-profit service organization which provides rides to non-emergency medical appointments.

Contact Sharon Gagnon 656-7730 or the Church Office 656-4923 for assistance.

Labyrinth Walk

Our church will be sponsoring a Labyrinth walk on March 21st and 22nd from 6pm – 8pm during Holy week. A labyrinth is an ancient resource to help people center their lives and become open to God’s presence and voice. Walking the labyrinth is an ancient Christian practice that helps us pray, meditate, reflect and discover God. It is symbolic of our spiritual journey toward God. Its twists and turns are like life itself, symbolizing the fact that while we may be on God’s path, we never are sure what the next turn may hold. Those who come to walk the labyrinth are asked to bring a can of food to be donated to the Greene Food Pantry.

See the Church News Letter for activities held this month and for the past 11 months.
